Please read the description under the desired style before booking to see what type of hair you will need to being (click the “i “ in the top right corner of a style to read the description. HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED. ALL CLIENTS MUST pay a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25.88 for each service which is paid through the site at time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash unless you agree to pay the fee associated with paying through the website. Deposit will be refunded if I am unable to provide a service. YOU MUST COME SHAMPOOED AND BLOW DRIED THOROUGHLY FROM ROOTS TO ENDS. Please arrive to your appointment on time with no extra guests. Please arrive with clean hair free of oils, grease, gel, edge control, leave in conditioners, etc. Moisture will be applied after the styling process. Hair must be at least 4 inches. If you are concerned that your hair is too short for a style please send a txt with a picture of your hair in it’s stretched state to 803-662-0716 including your name and picture of the desired style. There is a 10 minute grace period without a late fee. PLEASE give yourself adequate time for your commute. PLEASE contact me in advance if there is an emergency or you feel you will be late(this allows me to make sure I am still able to perform services if possible) | No Call, No Show = No Rebooking | You will be charged a cancellation fee of 30% of the cost of your style. Deposit is forfeited. If you arrive without your hair properly prepped, you will have to reschedule your appointment and will be charged 30% of the cost of your style. You will be able to reschedule your appointment. A 30% cancellation fee will apply to all same day cancellations ( just please communicate I understand that things happen :). Please reschedule when you do not feel well or have a fever. I reserve the right to refuse service. NO REFUNDS PLEASE NOTIFY ME BEFORE LEAVING IF YOU ANY CONCERNS WITH YOUR HAIR.If any issues arise after leaving please notify me and do not try to fix it yourself.
